With most Chevrolet models coming with 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspots, it’s never been easier to stay connected, safely, on the go – until now. By integrating Android Auto into select 2016 Chevy models, cars have essentially become an extension of our phones.
Android Auto allows you to sync your Android phone to your vehicle’s Chevy MyLink system, turning the already tech-savvy infotainment system into a window to your cell phone, allowing you to access both phone features and apps.
This will allows you safely make calls, access your contacts, and send messages – as well as utilize your own music library, preferred navigational app, and more. You’ll also be able to freely customize your infotainment screen to suit your style.
The 2016 Chevy models that will soon have an Android Auto option include: the Spark, Cruze (Excludes Limited), Malibu (Excludes Limited), Camaro, Camaro Convertible, Silverado, Silverado HD, Impala, Volt, Corvette, Corvette Convertible, Colorado, Tahoe, and Suburban.
